We are open for MOT, servicing and necessary car repairs
Necessary repairs - Including brakes, clutches, diagnosis of
engine management faults, exhausts, MOT’s, replacement of
bulbs, replacement of alternators and starter motors, selected
electrical faults, servicing, steering / suspension repairs,
tracking & tyre replacement.
This is because, the maintenance and repair of vehicles for customers
including emergency services, key workers and those who are unable to work
from home, or are dependent on using their car, is considered an essential
service, so Big M Car Service Centre workshops and MOT facilities are
permitted to remain open.
Regarding MOT’S and servicing
Please DO NOT visit the dealership if you are exhibiting symptoms of Coronavirus /
COVID-19 or if you suspect you have been in close contact with someone who has
the virus. We would also ask that you respect all social distancing and sanitisation
guidelines to help keep this vital service running during this critical time and if you
are bringing your car for MOT or servicing, we respectfully request that you use a
sanitary wipe to wipe the steering wheel and internal and external driver’s door
handle as you exit your car. Thereafter please leave your keys with our reception
after which you may wait outside, or leave our premises and we will contact you
